Review: Lakme Clean Up Face Scrub Nourishing Glow with Strawberry extracts : boost of fruity freshness!

Hello Pretty Ladies,

Hope you all are doing great!

I am trying to get my pace right for blogging but failing miserably due to hectic schedule. Hoping to be involved full fledged soon as I miss you guys so much! So coming to today's review, it is going to be a review of a scrub which I am using religiously and completely loving it! I am already on my second tube :) So let's move on to find out the details of how it worked for me.

Read on to find out more.

Product Description (from official website):

Your skin is currently shedding cells which leads to a build -up of dead cells, making it look dull. My Experience with Lakme Clean Up Face Scrub Nourishing Glow with Strawberry extracts:

Lakme has 3 variants in the Clean Up range viz. Nourishing Glow (with Strawberry extracts) , Fresh Fairness (which comes in pink packaging) and Clear Pores (with green tea extracts). The scrub I am reviewing is from the Nourishing Glow range with strawberry extracts. I have been using this since 2 months in a row now and I love it. There are several reasons which I will quote herewith, the primary being the smell! I just love the sweet strawberry fragrance it has. It immediately awakens my senses and induces a feeling of freshness after use. The scrub granules are medium when it comes to gentleness and that is just what I need for my oily skin. The granules clean my pores so well, it immediately gives me soft and supple skin. It works brilliantly in removing any traces of dirt or grime and gives a squeaky clean feeling. It does not over exfoliate and is not at all harsh on the skin but yet is super effective as a scrub (if you know what I mean :D ) I don't like scrubs which have very gentle exfoliating beads or granules. For me they don't serve the purpose of a scrub. Lakme Clean Up Face Scrub in Nourishing Glow is perfect. It is neither harsh, nor too gentle. It also helps in removing blackheads effectively. I have horrible blackheads on my nose and this takes care of them. I use it once a week and planning on using it twice a week from now on. It gives a nice healthy glow to the face. All in all it does its job well. Dry skinned beauties need to follow up with a moisturizer!

Pros:

* Neither harsh, nor too gentle. Exfoliates perfectly without irritating the skin.
* Leaves skin feeling soft and supple.
* Does not strip off moisture from the face.
* Cleans out pores effectively.
* Helps in removing blackheads effectively.
* Leaves you feeling fresh and revived.
* Smells amazing (strawberries yumm!).
* Inexpensive

Cons:

* Has a lot of chemicals

Would I recommend this product?

Definitely! Oily skinned beauties must grab this soon.

Would I repurchase this product?

Yes!I am already on the second tube and thinking of buying a backup :)

My Rating: 4/5 (-1 for the chemicals)

If you are in search of a scrub which cleans pores, reduces blackheads and gives you soft, glowing skin, this is THE scrub for you. So go ahead, grab a tube and check out for yourself.

Yes, I have two tubes of this and I so love this range. Both the scrub and the mask works wonders for my skin. I normally break out from most scrubs. But this has been wonderful!
