Hello Beauties!

Hope you all are doing well!

I have been quite busy since last few days and missed you all so much! I am sorry my beautiful fellow bloggers' for not getting time to visit your lovely blogs and comment! Will be back in action soon. I am back with a review. I clicked pictures for this review almost a month back and now I have almost finished the face wash :) So today I will be reviewing the Aroma Magic Neem and Tea Tree Face Wash which is a perfect face wash for those who have acne prone oily skin. I love Aroma Magic products and recently I read on Blossom Kochhar's Facebook page that they have started their own online store to shop Aroma Magic products. You can buy them here. So lets check out how this worked for me.

My Experience with  Aroma Magic Neem and Tea Tree Face Wash:

I have been using this face wash everyday for over a month now. My HG face wash is Himalaya's Neem face wash and this comes close to being my HG but due to some factors, I might not repurchase this and try other neem based face washes instead. Don't get me wrong, I love this one but it is not my HG. The first thing that made me think I picked up a wrong product was the smell! It has a strong neem smell which is very medicinal and pungent. I took some time to get used to the smell but eventually was able to ignore it while washing my face. Having said that, now I would like to highlight the actual good points about this face wash. It does what it claims! I have not been getting breakouts since quite sometime now (touchwood ^_^) but this face wash prevented any fresh ones from popping. It controls oil well and at the same time does not make skin stretchy and dry. It balances the skin's moisture level. With regular use, it did clean up my blackheads and prevented new ones from showing up. It cleaned up my nose completely well inspite of having a lot of blackheads there. I have a few zits here and there and it helped clean them up faster than usual. It also lightened acne scars to an extent but it did not help in improving skin tone as claimed. All in all this is a good face wash for those who want to try a all-natural face wash which has the goodness of neem and tea tree which are the best ingredients to treat acne. This will surely be an oily skinned girl's best friend. It is not my HG face wash because I cannot tolerate the smell much and it is not as effective as Himalaya Neem face wash. This is just how it works on me, on some others it might work vice versa.

Pros:

* Prevents breakouts and soothes existing acne.
* Clears up zits faster than usual.
* Lightens acne scars.
* Clears blackheads and prevents new ones from appearing.
* Soothes the skin and gives a fresh feeling after use.
* Cleans well without drying out the skin or making it stretchy.

Cons:

* Has a strong neem smell which I cannot tolerate.
* Does not hold true to the claim of improving skin tone.
* Not suitable for use on dry skin.

Would I recommend this product?

This might become an HG face wash for many of you so I would recommend trying it atleast once and then decide for yourself :)

Would I repurchase this product?

Probably no as I can't stand the smell and I want to try neem face washes from other brands.

My Rating: 4/5

I have read rave reviews about this one and thought it would work exceptionally well for me as well but it was an above average product for me. So try it to know if this is your next HG face wash. Oily/combination acne prone skinned beauties should definitely give it a shot!
